Thank you for choosing our International Virtual Card service. This policy clarifies the delivery of physical gift cards or physical commemorative cards that accompany your virtual card order. Please note that the activation and use of purely digital virtual cards are not subject to this policy.

 

1. Delivery range

We are committed to serving our customers worldwide. Currently, we ship to most countries and regions around the world.

 

Shipping availability: You can view all supported shipping destinations in the "Country/Region" drop-down menu on the checkout page.

 

Unavailable Areas: Due to customs, logistics, or legal restrictions, some remote areas or specific countries may not be able to ship. The system will automatically indicate this when you select the address. If your area is not within the delivery range, please contact our customer service team for possible solutions.

 

2. Delivery method and delivery time

We work with world-renowned courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and local postal services to ensure your packages are delivered safely and securely.

 

Standard International Shipping:

 

Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after successful payment.

 

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days. The specific delivery time depends on the customs clearance efficiency of the destination country/region.

 

Cost: Flat rate shipping of $11.80

 

Processing time: Also 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2 - 20 business days.

 

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends and public holidays. International shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs inspections, and peak holiday seasons. You can track your package in real time using the tracking number provided by us after receiving the shipping notification email.

 

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your selected shipping method and delivery address, and will be clearly displayed at the end of the checkout process. We guarantee transparency and no hidden costs.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we'll send a "Shipping Notification" email to your registered email address containing the tracking number and a tracking link. This link will let you know the real-time location of your package and the estimated delivery date.

 

5. Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These fees are levied by the destination country's government and are not related to the purchase price or shipping costs. The courier will typically contact the recipient upon package arrival to arrange customs clearance and payment. We cannot control or estimate the specific amount of these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs authorities in advance.

 

6. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Please be sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including the recipient's full name, valid telephone number and zip code. We will not be responsible for delivery failures, package returns or losses caused by incorrect or unknown addresses or the recipient being unable to contact us.

 

If the package is returned for the above reasons, we will contact you and arrange for re-shipment. You will be required to pay additional re-shipping fees. If you request a refund, the product price will be refunded minus the initial shipping and handling fees.

 

7. Package lost or damaged

While it's extremely rare, we understand how frustrating it can be to have your package lost or damaged in transit.

 

Lost Package: If your package has not been delivered for more than 30 calendar days after shipment and the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, depending on the circumstances, reship or refund your package.

 

Package Damage: Please inspect the outer packaging upon signing for the package. If you find any serious damage, please take photos and refuse the package immediately. If you find any damage after signing for the package, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package and provide photographic evidence. We will handle the matter appropriately.
